Once you have added a product into the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be shown on the right side of your screen. NO LOGIN REQUIRED! Or when you checkout from the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown on the screen according to the weight of the items in your cart. NO other hidden charge.

We have shipped over millions of parcels to 130+ locations in the world. Our logistic team is very knowledgeable and experienced to handle your orders, over 95.2% of our parcels can arrive your door on time and trouble-free from missing, damage and your local custom.
Shipping Methods:
Registered Small Air Packet: Good value for light and small orders, LOW price with tracking number, average 5-14 days.
The shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post to your local post office. All the shipments are posted with registration (tracking numbers: RAxxxxxxxxHK or RBxxxxxxxxHK), the online tracking facilities are available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices.
The maximum weight allowed for air packet is 2KG, and size restriction to maximum 60cm long and 90cm volume. It usually takes around 5 to 14 days for the shipment to arrive to your door depends on your location. While there is no real-time tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com. [Leadtimes and Schedules]
- USPS 1st-class: For US customers, we have an fast way to deliver the orders to you via the USPS 1st-class mail service (tracking numbers: LKxxxxxxxxHK). The parcels are shipped in bulk from HKPost to USPS via overnight express, then USPS distributes and ships them to your door in around 2-5 days.
Air Parcel: LOW price with insurance, average 5-20 days.
Similar to the small packet, AirParcel shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post to your local post office. AirParcel can be insured, we usually include insurance (upto declaration amount) for all parcels free of charge if the destination country supports mail insurance service. Though AirParcel shipments (tracking numbers: CPxxxxxxxxHK) have no registration, there are online tracking facilities available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices.
The maximum weight allowed for air parcel is 20KG or 30KG in general depends on your location. [Countries Postal Information and Rates]
While there is no real-time tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com. It usually takes around 5 to 20 days for those shipments to arrive to your destination. [Leadtimes and Schedules]
EMS SpeedPost: Fast, Medium price and safe, average 2-6 days.
This express mail delivery service is provided by the Hongkong Post, the SpeedPost shipments will be sent overnight by air cargo to the destination countries and carry to you via the local postoffices and couriers. Your orders usually take only around 1 to 5 days to reach your door safely. Online tracking facilities (tracking numbers: EExxxxxxxxHK) are available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices.
The maximum weight allowed for air parcel is 30KG in general for all locations. [SpeedPost Delivery Standards]
UPS/DHL Express: Extremely Fast, Good price with real-time tracking, average 1-4 days.

You can track the detail status of your parcel all the way from our warehouse to your door, with lesser chance to get custom/tax clearance problems.

You also responsible to contact your local postoffice or customs to retrieve the parcel if there is any problem happened. Stamp Duties, import taxes and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient. The shipping cost is non-refundable once the item(s) has been sent out.

Partially Shipped Order
RC711 always ship faster and more flexible than others. To let you receive the items as fast as possible, sometimes we will first ship out all the available products in your order to you. And once your remaining item becomes available, we will ship it out to you (with airmail) at no extra shipping cost. You can enjoy flying without any interruption.
Return Policy:
As an authorised distributors of the leading brands, we take full confidence for the quality of our products. We just want to make the return procedures simple for the convenience of our valued customers. If it is proved to be factory defect or damage via postal, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days after the item(s) arrived and we will take appropriate actions to tackle the problem including sending it back to the factory for warranty repair. The manufacturers will have the final decision on the validity of the warranty. Customer will bare the shipping cost of returning the defected item(s), and RC711 will bare the shipping cost of sending back the replacement item(s).
In many cases, we simply ship out the replacement item(s) in your next order without the need for you to return the defective item.
