Hi guys, got my IMAX B5 balance charger today and i love it! When i received it i was wondering where all the connectors that are supposed to come with it were, well i found them a minute later, they were hidden in a "secret" covered compartment of the box. So i read the manual, plug the battery in, select lipo balance charge, set the charge rate and all and start charging. The alarm went off 61 minutes later and it was completed charging.
So then i thought i would see how good the cell balancer in it was. So i hook up my old stock e-flite battery that has had a few hundred cycles through it (literally) and is out of balance by 0.26V. This one took longer because it had to do a lot of balancing at the end and when the alarm goes off guess what the voltage reads, 4.20V and 4.20V. I'm extremely impressed with it being able to balance a battery that much out of balance.
It's an awesome charger and i think everybody that doesn't already have a good charger needs one.
