Why you need stronger signal?
Not only to fly the Mavic Pro far away, sometimes when you are flying in the city areas, you will see the the FPV flickering even in 50 meters distance. This is because of the radio interferences from WiFi, mobile networks, RF, communications devices, etc. This solution uses the HYT extender and low resistance antenna cables to increase the sensitivity and signal of your Phantom 3 remote controller, thus greatly reduce the surrounding interferences towards your drone. With this solution, you can have a reliable control to your Mavic Pro as well as very smooth, low latency FPV screen. Ideal for aerial filming professions to use in commercial jobs.
How you install the HYT extender?
You do not need to drill holes on your remote controller for the cables, therefore the WARRANTY of your expensive controller is still VALID. You can always restore the controller(s) to the original factory state in case you need to send it back to DJI for repair. You take out the original antennas on the top of the controller and replace it with the antenna connector. Upgraded low-resistance antenna wires included to maximize the efficiency of the extender.
Note:
DIY work required to open the remote controller. Good for people with some electronic engineer background.
